Dr. Oetker Food Manufacturing Facility
The Facility consists of various clean area food low temperature food manufacturing spaces. Cooling to low temperature is achieved by means of Air Handling Units operating on a glycol circuit with sock ducting distribution systems. Several cold room blower coils are also connected to the glycol circuit. There are also several steam and heat extract canopies. The office building is provided with a VRV system with Dedicated VRV Outdoor Air units.

Client Confidential Aerosol Factory (Centurion)
The aerosol manufacturing facility includes Explosion Proof Duty and Standby Ventilation Systems designed at 50 Air Changes per Hour, with automatic changeover and alarm systems in case a system fails. Gas alarm monitoring detects when a leak occurred and the Lower Explosive Limit is approached. Alarm and safety systems are activated and the ventilation systems switch on both duty and standby ventilation systems boosting the ventilation rate to 100 Air Changes per Hour.
