The project involved a temperature and humidity control solution for a ± 10,000 m² pharmaceutical warehouse in Durban. The HVAC system consisted of 4-pipe chiller system with primary and secondary chilled water and hot water circuits and 3 large capacity 4-pipe Air Handling Units with EC plug Fans and CO₂ fresh air control.

Completion December 2023.

DSV Pharmaceutical Distribution Facility Midrand

The project involved a temperature and humidity control solution for a pharmaceutical warehouse of ± 8,500 m² in Midrand. The HVAC system consisted of 4-pipe chiller system with primary and secondary chilled water and hot water circuits and 4 large capacity 4-pipe Air Handling Units with EC plug Fans.

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities (Confidential Client)

The facility for pharmaceutical production to Class 7 Clean Room Standards involved a Heat Recovery Hybrid VRV Full Fresh Air Unit with Heat Recovery Coil, Primary, Secondary and HEPA filtration and EC Plug Fans including steam humidification and de-humidification. The exhaust AHU contains Primary Secondary HEPA and Carbon Filtration and Heat Recovery Coil with EC Plug Fans. The individual spaces have constant supply air and exhaust air systems have fast acting damper to control pressure differentials. The piped gas services include compressed air, Nitrogen, Helium and Hydrogen. The facility is monitored and controlled by a BMS system. Process cooling water is generated and circulated to equipment by dedicated chillers.
